How can I change my pledge level in order to add the Italian version?
If you want to pledge the Italian version of the game and you didn’t choose the No Reward option during the campaign, you can send us an email to [email protected]
Please, add all the details in this email: your backer nickname, the version you want to choose and your email linked to your Kickstarter account.
We will switch your pledge level manually and you will be able to select all the rewards you want to.

Normalement, au moment de la connexion au Pledge Manager, il est possible de choisir entre les deux langues (français et anglais).
Les 2 options qui devraient apparaître sont : “English version” et “Version française”, comme sur l’image suivante : https://goopics.net/i/0Eq71
En cas de bug, n’hésitez à vous déconnecter puis vous reconnecter.

The cloth bag is the only stretch goal not included in the Chainmail pledge level.
There was a mistake in the text presentation of the pledge, the text in the pledge description should have been “all the corresponding stretch goals”, we are deeply sorry.
Unfortunetaly, we can’t change the text from a level of pledge once the campaign is launched. In order as transparent as possible, we have added a point to this FAQ and on the pledge section of the main.

How do the Lore cards work?
There will be a Room card called Secret Passage. If you resolve this Room, you’ll pick a card from a shuffled deck of Lore cards and resolve the Lore card. It seems simple but it works perfectly.

What the extra set of dice would be used for?
The extra set of dice is useful if you want to use custom dice to play to the original 9-card game without taking the dice from the 30-card game box or if you need to replace one other die (lost or damaged).
One other advantage of having an extra set of dice is in combat: once your character gets to Level 3 and you manage to roll a lot of critical hits, you can either add them up in your head (as per the rules), or use (these) additional dice to keep count.

I thought I saw a neoprene mat at a convention? Where is it?
Yes you have seen one, but we have decided against providing it.
Adding a neoprene mat now would clearly complicate things in a way that it could put in jeopardy our company. We’ve done neoprene mats in the past for other games and will do one for this game too (it is ready). But not now and not in this KS campaign. The success of this KS campaign thanks to all backers means that we need to keep things simple if we want to do a good job.
A neoprene mat will be available in the near futur.

Triple-layered Dungeon?
The dungeon mat is double sided (there is a location on the front and an alternative location on the back). As with the double layer player mats, this stretch goal will keep the cubes from moving during the games (there are slots in the first layer of the board).
To make slots on the 2 sides of the dungeon mat, it is necessary to add an additional thickness in the center of the mat (to avoid to see the other side through it) and that is why there are 3 layers.
The 2 sides of the dungeon mat have gameplay elements on them.

We now have two 2 base character meeples. The other 2 base characters are not represented in meeple shape, why is this?
The meeples are designed to be kind of neutral in order to play all the characters (colors are not necessarily final).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
